We are honored to be in the lead presently, but we realize that there is still many a slip twixt the cup and the lip, and this contest is far from over with 60+ days to go yet. We'd like to thank all our friends, fans, and supporters as well as the brigade of Republic of China sweatshop workers who are voting for us. (jk) A special shout out to the Conspiracy Babes and all their effort on the social nets, you ladies rock our world.

From our Blog on Oct. 18th:
"We had the actual jingle all rocked out revved up and ready to go, and when we mentioned that we'd been jerkin around with some of our covers made into jingles, they said "Let's hear some."

So we did an AC/DC version, Red Rider, Tom Petty, Golden Earring, Judas Priest, etc and had a blast making up the lyrics as we went. They liked the AC/DC version and asked us if we'd record an entire song version, so we went home and our frontman wrote it in  just a few minutes. The verses came into shape spontaneously, and while we wanted to promote Safe Auto it was also nice to poke fun at Geico in the process.

Should we be fortunate enough to win the overall contest, we plan to spend the money frivolously for the most part, but will also use a portion of it to resupply our stock of t-shirts, bumper stickers, lighters & ashtrays, and of course... official Conspiracy Theory tinfoil covered baseball caps!

Oh we forgot to add this in by way of disclaimer: During the video shoot, when we were running through some lyrics off the top of our heads, and everyone was laughing all around the room, we said something about "Who would address licensing?" and the reply was "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it, just go ahead and play it." so we did... and in the middle of trying to ad lib a section of it, we wanted to talk smack about a certain other insurer... the guys from Safe Auto laughed and then made a serious face and said, "Don't say that name... AC/DC we can handle, those guys we can't."   We love honesty.

After pulling a farmer over for speeding, a state trooper started to lecture him about his speed, pompously implying that the farmer didn't know any better and trying to make him feel as uncomfortable as possible. He finally started writing out the ticket, but had to keep swatting at some flies buzzing around his head.

The farmer said, "Having some problems with circle flies there are ya?"

The trooper paused to take another swat and said, "Well, yes, if that's what they are. I've never heard of circle flies."

The farmer was pleased to enlighten the cop. "Circle flies are common on farms. They're called circle flies because you almost always find them circling the back end of a horse."

The trooper continues writing for a moment, then says," Hey, are you trying to call me a horse's behind?"

"Oh no, officer." The farmer replies. "I have too much respect for law enforcement and police officers for that."

"That's a good thing," the officer says rudely, then goes back to writing the ticket.

After a long pause, the farmer added, "Hard to fool them flies, though."

Definitely agree with what you stated. Your explanation was certainly the easiest to understand. I tell you, I usually get irked when folks discuss issues that they plainly do not know about. I am not much of a guy who thinks in so deeply about web design but I think your post had some valid points in it. Like designers are forced to design stuff within the limited code available and not go beyond it, their innovation is somewhat limited but still I think Web Design won't die! I agree that Amazon and other some big sites won't have a blog but now a days it's very important to have some sort of option available so people can quickly communicate their thoughts. I think Amazon if wants to shift it to that, they can get a customized CMS for themselves.

When you trade, you will always trade a combination of two currencies. For example, you will buy US dollars and sell euro. There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.
