There is some controversy as to the winning video as of Thanksgiving day, 2009, the "Pinnell Dancers".  The purpose of the competition has been stated clearly in the contest rules, which can be found on this site.  Below is a direct quote:

"They are looking for a person or group that can re-create the best version of their famous SafeAuto Jingle."

According to google (google search "define: jingle"), a "jingle", in the relevant sense, means:

"doggerel: a comic verse of irregular measure"

Clearly, a coreographed dance does not qualify as a jingle.  Therefore, this entry to the contest should be considered void in the eyes of the judges, officials, and voters of this contest.  If this group should accumulate the most votes, their victory, in a just universe, would go to the group with the most votes AND which actually produced a jingle.
