Customer Service Representatives: Our rapid growth has resulted in the continuing expansion of our Customer Service Department. Prior insurance or customer service experience is desirable. Since we are a 24/7 company, varied hours and shifts are available. Responsibilities include responding to customer questions about their policy, performing policy changes, accepting policy payments, and answering written correspondence.

Sales Representatives: We are seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals to sell the SafeAuto line of automobile insurance from our offices. A background of prior insurance experience is desirable. SafeAuto is unique in that our sales staff does not solicit business by "cold calling" a prospect. Rather, all of our business is generated by incoming calls whereby a prospect is seeking a free quote for insurance. SafeAuto employs an aggressive and effective marketing strategy in the states that we service. The SafeAuto "Competitive Edge" provides support for a talented sales representative to finalize the sale.

As our company has grown so have the needs of our Claims Department. Growth opportunities are currently available for adjusters in our Columbus office. Prior claims experience is required.
